Gavin has designed and delivered sessions for clients such as Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Coca Cola and Vodafone amongst many other top global brand names. He used the methodology in business schools around the world including CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and HEC, Paris.

He has partnered for many years with Denise Meyerson PhD who was one of the first master trainers of the LEGO Serious Play® methodology as appointed by the LEGO Group. Between the two of them, they have planned and facilitated well over 200 sessions internationally for clients in all industries.

Gavin takes a pragmatic approach on how to apply the methodology. He strongly believes that all facilitators should have access to the fundamental principles of the methodology so that they bring real value to their clients.

NOTE: The LEGO® Serious Play® Method is now known as an open source model available under the creative commons licence. It was developed by the LEGO® Group and subsequently gifted to the broader community. However there is a skill in being able to apply it in organizational settings – which is where our facilitator training program is a vital step in building a deeper understanding of the process that uses these 3D models in such innovative ways.
